20 people were injured, and 4 young girls named Addie Mae Collins, Cynthia Wesley, Denise McNair, and Carole Robertson were killed during the Birmingham Church Bombing.

where was the church?
This is the church that was bombed. It is called the Sixteenth Street Baptist Church. images.jpg
The bombing was 18 days after the famous March on Washington. Not only did the bombers break a law of bombing, but it is also illegal to transport bombs.
They broke two laws. This church was also used as a meeting place for cival rights.
who were the two men who bombed the 16th street baptist church?
These two men wee the one who bombed the church! They are members of the Klu Klux Klan.
(Thomas Blanton&Bobby Frank Cherry!) They were soon caught and sentenced to life in jail.

We think that it's a bad idea yet a good idea ! We think its a great idea because it shows our heritage, it's also a great idea because we've been here for a long time, and we believe in our history. It's a bad idea because it's racist and for anyone in the North or in a different country it shows we are a bad state because of racistness. The flag shouldn't have been changed from 1956 because it was a good flag, it wasn't racist, and it shows Georgia's fruit and the American colors.
Our flag that we made is the way it is because we believe that our American flag is that best so every flag should at least have some American history on it. To show that we are one nation. We chose the peach because it's the Georgie fruit! We have a big model peach.
